Why do you think CHLN keeps finishing in the red? I would have thought we would have seen some positive direction with the price. I am lost.

by the way, I think the recent earthquake in chili got some people scared (this is real estate after all...), the world can fall a part, but CHLN's numbers are not going to change, they will break estimates by miles.

LOOl man liwa is down today I would really like to not miss chln ( IF i have the time to sell liwa in the meantime ) At my job we have a code for client who want to cancel we put CHRN ( for churn) in their account Ive been trying to enter the code for 2 min and it wasnt working then I realised I was typing CHLN

There has been several earthquakes recently, fear of tsunamis etc. it doesn't impact CHLN directly but it makes people think twice about investing in real estate specially outside of the U.S

CHLN is up today! One of the few and it is trading with higher than normal volume. Hopefully this is the increase we were all looking for.

at least to 5.26; which is the next big resistance level.
although the closer we get to the end of the month, the higher these stocks will go as the earnings are around that time
