If it broke above $3.75 it would be a MACD Divergence on a weekly chart. Buying new lows takes a strong stomach; proceed with caution. The daily chart shows a squeeze on the Bollinger Bands, which means volatility is very low right now. This stock has fallen from $250 in 2002, will it every regain it's former glory? Probably not. but you could play it for a dead-cat bounce.
