Been following this one for a little while now, I think it has a really good chance of running in the future and maybe worth it in the next 6 month to a year, any thoughts?

ok, so I guess he is saying he will pay 20% higher than the bid.
Did this guy write this PR while he was in the bathroom today? the English is all screwed up.
"Evans will be offering to purchase 20% of the bid price, or two cents a share depending on whichever is greater the day of the shareholders meeting."
That doesn't say he is paying a 20% premium, but according to the math he is. Def a crack smoker...

Can anyone place an order of any kind? I've tried it under both symbols at the shares I used to hold, and the split shares, under both names but nothings happening.
