Facebook IPO Date - May 2012
Facebook is a social networking website and is one of the most popular websites in the world. The top question: When will Facebook Stock IPO? There has been some activity this week regarding Facebook talking to bankers about an upcoming IPO in 2012. It is highly unlikely that Facebook will IPO in 2011 but my guess is around a year from now we may see this company finally go public.
Facebook Active Users - 600 million ( As of January 2011 )
Facebook Revenue - $2 billion
Facebook currently trades privately on second market and the company is valued around 60 billion.
Possible Facebook Ticker Symbols: FB, FBK, FCBK, FACE is taken
Over the next year, I will be keeping on top of this story and reporting any news I can find regarding the Facebook IPO, below.
When Facebook finally does go public, it will be the biggest IPO since Google (GOOG) back in August 2004.

LNKD opened in the 80's and facebook is way more popular and a lot people waiting for it won't surprise me if it opened above $100 regardless what the original price is. But definitely will be a good opportunity for quick money.

I think Facebook will do a larger offering than LinkedIn which will hurt the chances of a huge move after the initial IPO. Facebook will probably be worth around 100 million after the IPO pop. LinkedIn popped because there were only 7 million shares available for trading and huge demand.

Facebooks valuation is going to make all those net stocks prices people were b******* about last spring like LNKD P Z look like cheap pennies.
