can someone tell me how to spot stocks that are going up during the day. for instance today PEIX was up 60% in the 1st half hour. how can i get this critical information?. I rely on this website to get the pre-market activity but it is limited and there are thousands of stocks.

Yes I know. I subscribed with SmartTrend but so far their picks are not that good. I am using your pre-market every day. But when I look at the stocks you mention they are already up in pre-market activity, so i am kind of late to the game. I burned myself several times with biotech company.
