how to trade afterhours

i dont know but i would like to know what broker dose also dose scottrade do after hours tradeing plus is there a website anywhere that lets you check stocks in after hours?

does anybody know if one can trade with td ameritrade by opening up a new account because I do not have $25000 in equity like many of you.

I use TD Ameritrade without any difficulties across the spectru and you can trade at any minimum account amount you can afford. As a day trader by law you would have to have a minimum of 25,000 which allows you to trade as often as you want. As a cash trader not using "margin" (or money you borrow from Ameritrade if you qualify), you can trade three round trips (buying and selling the same stock on the same day) to a total of three per 5 workday period, but if you trade by buying a bunch on one day and selling them on different days, you can do all the transactions you want. Go over the thre round trips in a week and you will be classed a day trader and must come up with the 25,000 plus! Hope this helps, but go to their site and call them to verify.

A good way to get big money is open for 24 hours a day and night i.e. Forex trading.
