Stocks to Buy Today - Stock Message Board, Discussion Forum, Blog
I have just over $3,000 I'm looking to spread throughout next week in some fast moving stocks. I currently have my eye on KOG and MCP. Thoughts on some stocks to turn a profit. I'm not looking for anything long-term, I have enough securities wrapped up in long positions.

volitility makes money too. THAT SAID: Since you are not a gambler, do the math and buy every share you can of DE before their earning WED AM BEFORE THE MARKET OPENS. This means catch a low tuesday. Most fund managers dump shares cause it (earnings) scares the hell out of them. basically they dont gamble with their clients money. We, I, take advantage of this scare as an awesome day low entry point and bam. after the earnings is out, if positive, put ya a sell bid in for a min of 5$ over your buy price on this one.
These are forward looking statements and the way i play the game works for me and may not be safe for others, viewer descetion is advised.

Permalink Reply by Stocks To Buy on February 11, 2012 at 4:33pm If you are trying to decide between MCP & KOG, I would go with KOG. Molycorp won't be doing much for awhile unless some good news is announced. I'm not sure why they decided to dilute shareholders two weeks ago. KOG is a much safer play in my opinion. DMND looks interesting as well but that is riskier. I plan to look more into DMND soon.

Permalink Reply by Stocks To Buy on February 11, 2012 at 5:49pm Molycorp always sells off after a capital raise. But this stock sale happened out of nowhere. It will dilute earnings. They didn't need to do this buy oh well. If you see it start trading above $32 again, you know it is about ready to break out.
