Mark Hurd Joins Oracle (ORCL) as Co-President

Mark Hurd, the former Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) CEO, joined Oracle Corp (ORCL) as Co-President of the company and also took a seat on the board. Current CEO Larry Ellison is Mark Hurd's tennis partner and friend.

Oracle Corp (ORCL) is up $1.65 to $24.57 in pre market trading.

Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) is now suing Mark Hurd because of the Oracle Corp (ORCL) job.
