Obama declares swine flu a national emergency

As you may have heard President Obama just declared H1N1 (Swine Flu) a national emergencies. How will this news affect the "swine flu stocks" i.e. NVAX, BCRX, HEB, HGSI, INSM, SVA, VICL etc.. Any thoughts?
