Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) is probably one of the hottest stocks in the stock market right now as oil rises. Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) stock has rallied from $0.25 in early October to a November 2011 high of $1.85. Below is PEIX stock analysis which isgood for next week. These are the levels I am watching right now as I get my weekend trading plan together.
Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) Stock Analysis
PEIX Support Levels - $1.20, $1, $0.77
PEIX Resistance Levels - $1.60, $1.85, $2.00
Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) failed around the $1.60 resistance level on Friday and staged a sharp pullback. PEIX will need to hold the $1.20-$1.22 area on Monday or the stock could face a retest of $1.00. At this point, pullbacks below $1.00 are a buy for a bounce. If Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) breaks above $1.60 with volume at any time, we could be looking at another possible break out. Those are the levels I will be watching.
