if you look at the chart you will see that it bounces off of .11 usually, and it usually pulls back around .20, so what the chart is telling you is buy this stock around .11, and sell it below .20, I'm pretty sure you can get .15-.16 for your shares. if you also notice the upward move that just happened was on very low volume, more than likely that was current share holders averaging down.
