When you say at open you mean you will place an order to buy at open? Or you see where it goes and play it then?

I won't just place an order, I will watch it right at 9:30 and if I see an opportunity, I will jump in. I usually look for a steep dip from where it was trading in pre market and then buy or wait for it to break through the high of the day.

It gapped up about $.40 cents in pre market or about 4-5%......now the sellers have arrived

Yea, this is going to get attacked with short sellers, I would wait until they are about to cover and take a small position for a swing.

I bought at 9.25 and sold at 9.40, didn't have the guts to hold it for long lol, I have no idea what this company is worth.

Yes, when trading a stock that is up 150% in a few days, you have to take profits quick. With the sell off we are seeing this afternoon....SOMX will again be a great stock to trade at the open on Monday. I try to trade it between 9:35am - 10am but will ignore it after 10am.
