BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - 03/18/10) - Therma-Med, Inc. (Pinksheets:THRA - News) has finalized the purchase of Bella Vita Clinic and has now assumed 49% ownership of the clinic which is located in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) of Ontario. Bella Vita Clinic will immediately begin to mirror the Therma-Med business model of clinic ownership, while continuing to provide the professional support services and medical procedures they have been performing since 2002.

Bella Vita Clinic has been in operation now for the last 7 years in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and treats approximately 1100 patients. The clinic is experiencing steady growth to its patient base as it is located in a high traffic centre within an affluent neighborhood. Bella Vita Clinic has recently added DITI (Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) to its already existing Registered Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services. The clinic will continue to operate throughout the partial ownership transition, while maintaining uninterrupted service to its patients.

The purchase of the Bella Vita Clinic will now add a revenue stream to the Therma-Med business model while still focusing on building organic growth from the DITI (Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) and by selling premium nutritional supplements.

Keep this one on your radar list. Looks like the company is starting to bounce back. Companys is still looking to expand and the online order website will bring in some a nice stream of revenue to the company. The comapny has affordable imageing and wellness products which many people use for early detection. Imo the company is starting to turn around and we are going to see some nice gains this week and as long as they keep with the good prs the price will contine to apprecaiate.

THRA, News hit the wire today after the bell. I think is some great news for the company. With starting this online purchaseing application people can now get there supplements and wellness meds online. This will bring in a constant flow of revenue to the company. Imo tmw will be a huge day for the company. We should see some high volume and some nice gains over the next few trading days. We are def at a nice entry price here. Keep your eye on this one. THRA could be a major player in Universal Healthcare that was just signed by the Administration; with such a low float this company just needs one solid PR to send this off to the races "Therma-Med Inc. specializes in clinical Thermography, also known as Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI)" every city in the NORTH AMERICA needs it. NO DILUTION so the shares are tight just sellers driving this down for no legitimate reason
