Does anyone know the Top banks to refinance their loan with right now?  I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo right now and am looking to refinance my loan with limited closing fees or no closing fees.  I've heard that some banks are offering free refinancing and I was wondering if anyone knows of these banks.

Thanks,

Tim

I just refinanced with a 15 year fix/lock 3.79% with www.53.com. I was able to split closing costs with them. I was unable to find a bank they would pay full closing.

Good Luck!
Wow thats really good, did you refinance your loan coming from a different lender? I will have to call them up and see if I can get a good deal like that.
Yes, I had www.mbandt.com (local bank) before I switched. I had to (wheel and deal) with loan officer on splitting costs, which was after appraisal and credit check $250 fee. Depending on equity and credit score, everybody’s interest rate will vary. If you’re currently on a 30 year fix around 5% or higher, it’s a no brainer.
