If you recall, PBY (Pep Boys- Manny, Moe & Jack) was one of my top picks for 2012.
This morning PBY annouced that they will enter into a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Gores Group for $15.00/share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the second fiscal qtr 2012. PBY has gapped sharply this morning, up 24%, with volume at nearly an 8-month high.

Becky Quick on CNBC said she bought the new Blackberry Bold 9900 I think it was and she loves it. Maybe RIMM will come back with new products.
