TZOO - Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO)
Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO) recently traded up near $80 but is dropping below $70 today. I was able to buy TZOO stock after the open at $67.80 and plan to add if the stock falls lower. I sold my DANG and bought TZOO because the company is better at this price and we still get the growth potential. Another reason why I like TravelZoo so much is because of the upcoming Groupon (GRPN) IPO. Groupon could be worth 30 billion after the IPO and TravelZoo can be picked up for around 1.13 billion. If we see a downturn in the Economy, people will be looking for deals regarding travel. www.fly.com is also becoming popular.

TravelZoo has excellent management and heavy insider ownership. The founder recently sold a bunch of shares but he has held a large insider position without selling for over 4 years. When TZOO started to get popular in 2003-2004, the founder did not sell shares during the runup.

if they bought back shares, they actually had a lot higher earning than 0.36???

If those 500,000 are not calculated in EPS calculation, then the earnings would be .37 a share. However since the stocks are still outstanding meaning that they can be sold on the open market any time they must be included in a calculation of EPS. If TZOO were to retire those shares then they would be not be outstanding anymore and would be taken off the calculation of EPS. I'm sure we'll get some guidance on the conference call.

Good morning folks. woooooooo yes baby yes finally man I am happy they beat now lets hope for some shorts Squeeze to take this baby up. Last earnings I lost around 10k now I recovered my losses plus a gain.
Thanks TZOO I always believed in you. Thats what I am talking about. Now if they talk about some guidance which I know they never do I think by giving us some direction this baby will take off and no coming back.
