Whats the biggest profit you ever made selling a stock ?
Just curious IF you dont mind sharing You can say Money Wise or % . IF you bought and sold mutiple time its not valid I mean one shot.
Personnaly its LIWA I havent sold but Im up like 1000 $ ( around 23%)

I think the most ive ever made in one sell was $600. Btw, if your up by $1000, why havent you sold yet?

most I made was $1,700 by investing $1,500 (LGTT).
although to this day I regret not holding CYCC when it went from 1.10 to 3.00+, even if I made $1,600 that day.
As for LIWA. I'm still in it, bought at 8.13 and have been holding ever since. I'm up about 1.2K

I would assume so, I think David is saying as long as you didn't sell (part of your position) and buy on a pullback.

Ok, well back in 2004, I traded a company for two weeks ( but always had a long position the whole time ) perfectly and made over 100k. The ticker symbol was MIKR, started trading it around $6.50, sold out between $13-$15. The company got bought about a year later for around $15.
In 2004, I made 28K on an Apple earnings trade, and in 2005 I had a similar trade on Elan (ELN).
Don't take near this amount of risk anymore though. I was a gunslinger!

well played! It must take quite a bit of practice to get things right. In order to double/triple your money.
This year If i can make a 20% gain, I'll be happy.

Good post.. Ironically Mar 9 was my first ever stock purchase - 100 shares of C @ 1.55 and sold for a double. Geez if I only knew what I know now!!
My best was MGM Sep4 bought at 8.75 and that thing went straight up for over a week got out around 13.00 (6k with margin investment) so about 3k. owned LVS about the same time and that ran for about 30%
If I just did not make the stupid mistakes i did after that

I started trading around June of last year with 5700.0 my account went all over the place from 8000. to 2000. On january 27th I bough 2.6 million shares of Goig.pk @ 0.0007 with what i had left (about 1850.) I just sold 1.6 million shares at .0124 last friday for 20000. I still have a million shares worth about 12000
So I just want to say to all to keep it up and one of this days it will be your turn. GLTA
