is this stock going to move up one day? or shall i dump my shares and buy something else?

I own shares and don't plan on selling for years. Citigroup is basing right now but I believe it will break out in the next 3-6 months. I plan to add when it breaks back up through $4.31 and closes above the 50 day moving average.

C is not really a stock you can trade because it doesn't move much right now.
