John Paulson buys stake in Citigroup Stock

In the latest filing, records show that John Paulson, billionaire hedge fund investor, bought 300 million shares of Citigroup last quarter.

During the prior quarter, Paulson had no Citigroup holding at all.

After closing at $4.05 on November 13, 2009, Citigroup Inc. ( C ) spiked in afterhours to $4.16.

I will add more stock on a break above $4.28.
