I bought a little more MCP in my long term account today, average is now down to $38.27.  I will make one more large buy on Molycorp in the coming months before I move on to other stocks.  It would be nice to see a retest of $25 so I can get my average down to $30-$31

Hi everyone, Happy New Year.  As for long term stocks in 2012, I plan to keep my powder dry for now until we get a major dip.  I don't feel good buying stocks when they are way up from the lows right now.  Going into 2012, these are the stocks I hold...most are a very small position except for TZOO which is medium sized.  I plan on holding these stocks into at least 2013 unless I have a huge gain.

TZOO $29.97
MCP - $40.50
AGQ - $56.25

As we head into 2012, I am down on all of these but had a gain on all of these at one time.  If they go a lot lower I will probably add more but at this time, I am not making any buys.

I am going to pass on buying more MCP this month, still need to get a chart up.  I plan to buy AGQ for my long term portfolio on Tuesday.  Will be holding AGQ for at least 1 year as I do with all my long term stocks

I am now up 10% on my TravelZoo (TZOO) long position.....I decided to buy MolyCorp (MCP) today and will add to my position at the end of November 2011.  I will update above this weekend in the forum, I feel MCP made it's correction and is well positioned for 2012.

Any opinions on what stock I should buy next?   I like FCX and CAT down here, possibly SLW.  We'll have to see where we are in 4 weeks
