I smile constantly when I think of the pps the CEO plans on hitting (AT LEAST!) to obtain the same amount of cash he could have simply sold out for. 

That pps is $1.72. 

Which is where we are going as far as Henry Fong is concerned.

Not to mention Richard Perkins is involved. His firm usually picks solid companies to invest in.

 

Also, the fact that lithium companies have been getting so much attention lately makes the timing of this acquisition much better.

Its seems that something else is going to happen after the acquisition of FREYA there are rumors of more news after that will make this stock explode
