Swing Trading - My Thoughts

Swing trading for me is 1-3 days...possibly longer. You want to buy a stock on the dip and sit on it until it goes back up over multiple days....or buy a stock when it's first breaking out and hope it has more juice left.

I look for a stock that has awesome news, was a previous break out stock ( similar to what CTIC has been doing over the past several months ), has high volume, breaks out in the morning, pulls back slightly and flatlines until about 2pm, and then breaks back up through the high of the day with volume. Normally, if the stock meets the things I just listed......it will not only run into the close, but it will gap higher and run the following day.
