free chart software?

Just wondering what is out there.
I've seen some of you post screen shots of software that calculates a Fibonacci sequences and a bunch of other things. I am looking for something that can measure the market facilitation index throughout the day.
Either that or accurately have the volume displayed under each bar on a daily graph so I can calculate the MFI( market facilitation index myself.
let me know what you guys use.
