AGRT starting to move up

AGRT is very close to finalize its share agreement with AGR Tools (the estimation is that it should happen in the next 10 days). The stock found a good support around .17/.19 and now is starting to move again. Today it is up by 23% without news. It should have a nice run when news about the share agreement hits.
