Looks like it's on the move again, leaked earnings report, and the some rumor of a confirmed buyout I haven't been able to confirm :)

Thanks Kevin, I saw it's bankruptcy issues, but it also is rich in assets, and has talks of a buyout. Just wondering what to do with it. I'm still sitting on some shares.

Sorry to revive this thread, but I noticed TXCO fell 40% on open this morning, would it be a good idea to pick some up at this price?

I got in on this at .71 and that's where it closed. Think I'll just keep it a while and hope there's good news on the buyout.

Ouch! It sure did I have 500 shares, so I'm at a loss of about 75$ not a big deal. What should I do unload this first thing Monday or hang tight?
