HI all I am a college student who is pretty good at saving money. I have a couple questions about dividends. First question is If i buy a stock at 4$ and during that time the price goes up to 10$, would the dividends I get back reflect the price I bought it at or the price its at currently. Secondly if the stock offers 13% dividends, and their quarterly dividends. Am I getting 13% every quarter or does that mean I get 3.25% every quarter.
