5-5-10 Candlestick Reversal Patterns
The market gapped down and sold off before going up and then finishing the day with a rounded reversal. While the day finished down, I couldn't find a single tradable short-sale, every signal is a buy. These days are uncommon, but when the candles point strictly in one direction, it pays to follow them. These are the stocks I will be looking at trading tomorrow. Ones with stars are the ones I will be watching closely. If there are any questions, feedback, or potential reversals that I missed, by all means please post
Bullish Engulfing
**CLF - Volume kept increasing on downtrend until humongous volume turned the stock around, this is my #1 pick for tomorrow and will be looking for a gap up to enter, exiting if the gap up is closed by more than 1%.
*JOSB - Strong trending stock that has had a pullback
*GILD - Bullish Divergence on Force Index & MACD
*KG - Good volume on reversal day, Bullish Divergence on Force Index & MACD
DAL - Good volume, Bullish Divergence on Force Index & MACD
