Stock Market 9/1/10 - September 1, 2010

The Dow Jones and Stock Market fell going into the final hour on Tuesday. Tomorrow is the start of September which is historically one of the worse months of the year for the stock market. Next week is a holiday shortened week with labor day followed by a jewish holiday at the end of the week. Things won't really get fully back into swing until September 16, 2010. Nevertheless, we will get initial claims data due out Thursday followed by the jobs report on Friday.

If the S&P 500 falls back below 1040 and closes below 1030, I think we could see another downdraft in the markets. I would then look to buy at around 980-985.
