Stock Market 9/7/10 September 7, 2010

The Stock Market soared again on Friday as non farm payrolls came in better than expected. The Dow Jones closed just shy of It's 10 day moving average located at 10451. This level will be the key battleground for the next two weeks of trading. Having said that, I expect the stock market to trade sideways or go into a pausing state as this latest up move is digested.

As for economic data, on September 8, 2010, we will receive the Fed's Beige Book at 2pm EST. On 9/9/10, we will get initial claims due out at 8:30am EST.
